Raquel B. Brown

Raquel Brown's area of expertise is in business and organizational performance and success. She is known for her analytic insight into complex organizational dynamics. She translates that knowledge into understandable models, tools and processes for client learning.

In addition to being a founding partner and Chief Operating Officer of The Telein Group, Inc., Raquel has provided education, facilitation and advice to leaders and teams in North and South America, Europe, South Africa and Asia.

Raquel received a Master of Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, from Prior to Telein, Raquel spent five years with Xerox Corporation working in the areas of Organization Effectiveness, Human Resource Strategy, Compensation and Diversity. While at Xerox, she also held a position as Executive Assistant to the Group Vice President of Personnel & Organization. Before joining Xerox, Raquel held a marketing leadership position in the not-for-profit sector. Additionally, she has sales and teaching experience.

Raquel received a Master of Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, from UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, in Psychology and Communication Arts and Science from the University of Southern California.

Raquel lives in Southern California and is married with one son.
