Joy L. Johnson

Joy’s empathy and compassion have been developed, through years of servicing customers, to be something more: an intuition that understands the needs of all stakeholders, how to connect people, develop relationships, and create win-win outcomes — all focused on generating bottom line results. She has mastered the
art of linking purpose and relationships.

Joy’s primary focus is increasing awareness of the Telein brand in the Global marketplace. She will lead the execution of brand strategy and e-marketing.

Joy honed her expertise in sales and customer service working for prestigious
global brands, AT&T, American Express, Citibank and Pfizer. She received a
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida A&M University,
School of Business and Industry.

Joy is an active member of Bishop T. D. Jakes, Potters House Church and serves
as an Armorbearer. She is one of the faces seen worldwide sharing The Potter’s
House Global Ministry News. Additionally, she is the proud recipient of the Divine
Connection Life Enrichment Leadership Award presented by First Lady Serita Jakes.

When she is not on the road spreading joy, she makes her home in Dallas, Texas.
