Don E. Hall A practitioner and teacher, Don is an expert in organizational change and leadership. His passion is to help leaders gain an understanding of the relationship between changes in their leadership behavior and increasing the effectiveness of their respective teams and organizations. Don believes that successful personal change is a precondition to effective organizational change. He has advised clients in his home country of Canada, as well as in the United States, Europe and South Africa. Don received his Ph.D. from the University of Alberta and his Master's Degree in Counseling from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts. He also holds undergraduate degrees from Concordia and McGill Universities in Psychology and Education.
